All services are provided on a professional consultancy basis. Outcomes depend on various factors outside our control, including university admission decisions and visa processing by government authorities.

Our initial profiling and university shortlisting consultation is provided free of charge with no obligation.

Specific processing services, coaching programmes, and compliance consulting are subject to separate fee schedules provided to you before engagement.

All fees will be clearly communicated in writing before any work commences. We operate on a transparent fee model with no hidden charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

RecogniSKILL provides advisory and consulting services but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to university admissions, visa approvals, or test scores.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecogniSKILL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Privacy
